ozjd Yes codecs would be awesome and I plan to install, I may pacakge ncsd.. let me look into that a bit more. My only issues with Firefox vs. Chromium is.. drum roll please.. Flash. I can install the Pepperflash plugin and still get Firefox to run flash and I have yet to figure that out Chromium. Like most smart minded people, you may have cringed a bit, I do as well. However, I work in education and I work with education and sadly a lot of online resources still depend on flash. One most notably that my kids use is Starfall. Sadly as well Enterprise products like AppDynamics still depend on flash. No matter how difficult Google makes it to run flash, Firefox is cementing their longevity by allowing it to some degree to still be accessible. I run both Firefox and Chrome at home, because some things like older hardware with IPMI interfaces and dracs need not just flash but Java as well. Now I say all of this in hopes to be corrected, that you can run flash on Chromium. I have spent some time on it, but I must admit only a few hours. So if I missed something or you know of some easy method I completely over looked then by all means I will edit the kickstart file now and we can be done with Firefox. Until then I want something my kids can work on after school with, and unfortunately some of that work needs flash.
